At about 110 kms from Kolkata and at the confluence of river Ganges and Bay of Bengal lies GANGASAGAR. One of the famous hindu pilgrim centre in India. Pilgrims throng this holy island throughout the year. However on Makar Sakranti lakhs of Hindus gather here to take a holy dip & offer puja in the KAPIL MUNI Temple. The gathering of devotees here is 2nd largest after the famous KUMBH Mela.

Arrival at Kolkatta Airport. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at Kolkata.
Day 2: Gangasagar Excursion (110 kms)
Excursion Tour to Gangasagar: Ferry Ride, Gangasagar, Holy Dip, Kapil Muni Ashram. Return back to Kolkata. Overnight at Kolkata.
Day 3: Kolkata (local)
Full Day Kolkata city tour: Howrah Bridge, GPO, Writers Building, Eden Garden Stadium, Victoria Memorial Hall, Birla Temple, Dakshineswar Temple and Belur Math. Overnight at Kolkata.
