TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESERVATION POLICY:
Confirmation of Holiday Package/Hotel Room/Resorts/Cabs is subject to the availability and prior written confirmation.
All confirmations are subject to receipt of 100% advance payment.
a) 50% advance at the time of Booking.
b) Balance 50% within 15 days before the commencement of the Tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY: From the Date of Travel
59 days to 30 : Retention 25% & Refund 75%
29 days to 15 days : Retention 50% & Refund 50%
14 days or Less : Retention 100% & No Refund
Minimum Retention of 10% shall be applicable on all confirmed bookings.
Refund for Air Travel cancellation will be as per the cancellation Policy of respective Airlines.
NOTES:
Accommodation if not available in participating Hotels, shall be provided in the Similar category Hotels.
Photo ID is obligatory for Air Travel and Accommodation.
Extra adults sharing the same Room shall be charged 50% of the Package Cost.
Child between 5 to 12 years sharing same room without Extra Bed will be charged 40% of Package cost
Any change in the itinerary due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, premature cancellations or no show will be entirely to the customer account and no claim /refund for the same shall be accepted.
All additions or changes in arrangements, Vehicles & Hotel Room upgradation will be at extra cost.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemic, medical or custom department regulations, defaults or any other causes.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Guests are advised to seek such insurance arrangements of their own.
Check in the check out timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels.
All the disputes are subject to Panchkula (Haryana) jurisdiction only.
AIR TRAVEL:
Please provide your valid contact information at the time of your ticket booking.
Please keep valid photo ID CARD with you as it is required at the time of check in at the airport.
Please carry Photo Copy of your ticket as it is required at the entrance/security gate of the Airport.
Please reach the Airport terminal at least 2 HRS before the scheduled/ re-scheduled departure of your flight.
Please carry baggage as per permissible limit of the airlines.
Please don’t carry banned goods with you during your flight.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:
The hotel has specified Guest check in and checkout timings. For early or late check in/checkout, we can make special requests. Based upon availabilities, normally the hotel tries to accommodate the guests. However this is the sole desecration of the hotel management.
Each hotel provides host of activities/amenities (complimentary as well as chargeable). Kindly get the information of the same at the time of check in.
Kindly abide the hotel policies, local laws, customs and traditions.
Handle all the facilities provided by the hotel and transport very carefully as damaged caused to hotel rooms and coach during the stay shell be payable by the guest.
In room snacks, beverages and other items stocked in the room fridge are chargeable. Please check the rate list before consuming the same.
Menu for buffet meals are pre-set and choice of menu is not available. However it is the sole discretion of the hotel to entertain your request for any change in the menu.
Tips to the hotel staff, waiters, drivers, guides etc. are not obligatory and it is the sole discretion of the guest.
At the time of checkout please ensure to get the discounts as well as complimentary specially negotiated for you by ATLANTIC TOURISM.
Please keep all your valuables jewelry, cash, documents etc. in the lockers provided in the hotel rooms. Or you may deposit with the reception under valid receipt.
SIGHTSEEING:
Please confirm the visiting hrs for religious places, monuments, exhibitions, wild life parks etc. and schedule your program accordingly.
Please get ready for your sightseeing tour and reach the pickup place at least 15 minutes before your schedule pickup time.
GENERAL:
Please pack your cloths as per climatic conditions at the destination.
Please keep your prescribed/ regular medicines with you during your holidays.
